When your two most skilled offensive players are 5'9 or shorter, it should be easy to shut your team down and it turns out it is.
The Flames just don't have the makeup to be a consistent offensive threat, doesn't matter if Scotty Bowman or Mike Babcock was coaching these stiffs.
