Hey guys, what are some nice new restaurants for lunch in the Beltline/Downtown area? While driving down 17th another day, I noticed a few signs I've never heard of before.

Something more than an eatery, a nice/even fancy place with comfortable seating. Cuisine - Californian, Italian, preferably. At least some decent parking around.
