Not to be all panicky, but my wife is 5 months preg too. She was sure to get hers as we have read stuff like this:

I guess the flu is really bad for both Mothers and their unborn baby. So I would chat with a doctor to exhaust all options if it were me.
I've been told that if you can eat baked goods with egg ingredient in it without a reaction, then you are good to have the injectable vaccine.
