I had it in the first go around a few years back, they did the nasal swab (not as fun as it sounds btw) and a week later they called back to say that I was a confirmed case.
I didn't have the severe respiratory issues others had but it was the worst flu symptoms of my life for 10 freakin days.
As an aside if people are having issues getting the shot, I am taking offers on vials of my blood.

He probably wouldn't know for sure but just assumed it was H1N1 since it was going around like wildfire. I never did a nasal swab or any testing, he just told me to keep an eye on it and if I was having any issues come back or go to emergency.
