I had H1N1 about a month ago. Really didn't seem any worse than any other strain I have had, but then again it had been years and years since I last had the flu. The worst it (fever phase) lasted about 3-4 days, but had respiratory issues for a couple weeks after.

I usually get the shot, but simply hadn't got around to it yet. The question now is whether I should still get the shot?? Common sense seems to suggest yes due to multiple strains? Incredibly unlikely though to get the flu twice I would think, even if there are multiple strains present.
