Did a 10km run on New Years eve day, ended up not being the greatest idea but 6 other contestants went and the TV crew filmed it so I figured I should do it as well. My foot is in a fair bit of pain, the arch it seems, going to see my physio therapist on Thursday, hope its not too bad.
The TV station is also screening the first episode all over the country in theaters, don't know yet about where they will show it in the capital region but should be even more painful to see my big fat ass on a large theater screen!
