#1 dmen are used more when it comes playoff time for most teams. For success it's been a horse on the back end eating up huge minutes, and depth at C but not necessarily the best #1 C. Really can't go wrong with either pick, ideally its ekblad this year and mcdavid/ eichel next year. but Noah hanifin is better than ekblad imo.
