Group B: Finland (2), Canada (5), Norway (8), Austria (15)
Group C: Czech Republic (3), Sweden (4), Switzerland (9), Latvia (11)


Final Olympic Qualification (3 tournaments, 7-10 February 2013)

Group D in Bietigheim-Bissingen, Germany: Germany (10), Austria (15), Italy (16), Netherlands (24)
Group E in Riga, Latvia: Latvia (11), France (14), Kazakhstan (17), Great Britain (21)
Group F in Vojens, Denmark: Denmark (12), Belarus (13), Slovenia (18), Ukraine (20)

Olympic Pre-Qualification (3 tournaments, 8-11 November 2012)

Group G in Budapest, Hungary: Hungary (19), Netherlands (24), Lithuania (25), Croatia (30), 9-11 November 2012.
Group H in Kyiv, Ukraine: Ukraine (20), Poland (23), Estonia (26), Spain (29)
Group J in Nikko, Japan: Great Britain (21), Japan (22), Romania (27), Korea (28), 9-11 November 2012.

Olympic Preliminary Qualification (1 tournament, 17-19 September 2012)

Group K in Zagreb, Croatia: Croatia (30), Serbia (31), Mexico (32), Israel (33)
