Team is still too old to really keep up that balls to walls play. Older guys - Stempniak, Cammy, etc... aren't going to keep up the pace when they know the team is terrible. I think you'll be a looking at a similar situation as last year when those older players get traded, the young guys come up and the team's play improves.
