Leaving the bench like that is certainly trouble over here, but the IIHF has some weird rules. It's cut and dried for us -- don't leave the bench or penalty box to join in a fight -- but do they work the same over there? I have no idea.
Hell, decking the linesman only gets you a two minute penalty in this tournament.
I'd kind of like him to be suspended based on just the hilarious and instantaneous bitching by a couple Swedish posters in this thread, but on the other hand you also want them to beat the best team possible. On the other, other hand, you want them to win no matter what and nobody will ever remember or care that this guy was suspended for the final game.
