Think we can forget about Kadri being dealt soon:
--Barring more injuries, the Leafs are probably done trading until the deadline. Nonis already added Peter Holland from Anaheim earlier this season. And Nazem Kadri? Despite the rumours, he's no more available than he was at the start of the season. If some team comes calling and offering a centre in his early twenties, the Leafs will listen.
But they consider Kadri a good, if erratic player, something like Mike Ribeiro was earlier in his career. They're nothing close to desperate to move him. At this point, to move Kadri they'd definitely need a centre back, and as shown in both the Holland and Gleason deals, they're not doing the youth-for-experience deals these days.
