Now that games really matter, as playoff contenders really take shape, you start to see how bad the bad teams really are. Good teams can't afford to give up what are basically gimme points against Calgary.
It's the sort of thing that Calgary failed miserably at when they were good, often losing games to inferior opponents - lost points that would haunt them come playoff time.
Even with lots of penalties, TB played a strong controlled game. It was never as close as the 1-0 or 2-0 score suggested. Almost all the flames chances were taken far from the net, they were never going to trouble bishop.
