Yes he could get sent to Windsor. The only advantage to having Sieloff in Abbotsford if you ask me was the ability to recall him if he continued to improve, where as if he were in Windsor they wouldn't be able to recall him except under an emergency basis. With him missing half the year I think it's a safe bet the odds of him getting an NHL recall are now very slim, so no harm in sending him to Windsor to play big minutes.
