Even if cumulative how much are you really being exposed to with a yearly Flu shot and scheduled vaccines ?? There is such small quantities of all these materials that it would have negligible effects over the long term.
There certain drugs that have cumulative effects on the body (eg. Plaquenil (a anti-malarial and anti-inflammatory), but you usually need about 3-5 years of constant exposure to have any ill effects.
