I don't know about puckluck, but the Costco we go to, that has those Dyson ones, it's not that they're hard to work so much as it's where they placed them in the washroom. They're directly behind the door, so you're getting nailed in the back every time someone opens it, so you practically have to hump the thing to avoid getting slammed with the door handle. Then you end up trying to avoid getting hit by the door so you're all squinched off to one side and you end up moving your hands and the stupid thing stops.
It's kind of funny to watch, albeit annoying. We just try to avoid their washrooms altogether now, and find something somewhere else.
