Not that I have the right opinion I gave up on spybot years ago, (not that I have real virus issues ever) What I REALLY like about Superantispyware is it picks up and deletes tracking cookies/software that the others don't pick up on.
You can do a ccleaner clean for instance, also delete browser history ect and still have a few tracking parts.
