Install and update Malwarebytes and do a scan see what it comes up with

Superantispyware is another great tool, I like to have an assortment of programs because some catch what others can miss.

And last but not least after running both of those run Combofix (make sure to disable the MSS anti virus you have when you run combofix)

These are all free, and should be all clean!
On a sidenote microsoft security essentials has pretty poor protection. I would suggest getting something like Avast(free), AVG(free), Kaspersky(not free), Bitdefender(not free)
