So people who don't express their feelings in gif format or 30 word blurbs on public internet boards are emotionally constipated? How about those of us who are happy enough with a good old-fashioned face-to-face conversation over a couple beer?
A friend of mine recently started dating a younger woman, and he's baffled at the hourly texts she sends him with the most inane and content-less messages, expecting him to respond to them immediately. How did the human species manage any kind of emotional contact and socialization before texting and twitter?
