Grinds my gears when companies don't put their holiday hours on their website, or on their automated phone systems.

I called the bank to see what their hours were today, and the voice came on and said "because today is a holiday, we will be closing early and the hours that follow are not correct", then the automated message came on and gave their usual Tuesday hours. When you were recording the message, it didn't occur to you to mention the actual time you will be closing? WTF?
