Here's a name that I wouldn't mind seeing the Bucs consider, and I can't believe he still hasn't gotten another shot after being fired for going 14-2, but Marty Schottenheimer is someone who can bring discipline and obviously a strong resume. Age is the concern there with him being 70, but I'd say he's about as good a coach as is out there.

Yeah, I'm also surprised Marty hasn't gotten another job since San Diego. He coached that team well.
