I mean when I rank the best jobs, the difference between Minnesota, Detroit and Tampa is negligable, small differences here or there, but they're all close enough in terms of overall roster talent. Tampa and Houston both offer one major advantage, that being income tax free states (two I guess with weather). Coaches earn more, easier to attract free agents.
But I think Houston is easily the best job. The AFC South is a joke and the Titans and Jags seem lost at sea. Houston can win that division next year if Teddy turns out to be what people think. Tampa, Minnesota and Detroit are all in brutal divisions. If I was a coach and missed on Houston, I'd be pretty disappointed. Great chance to succeed there.
