I would say bringing a team to the play-offs makes him much more attractive than anybody that TB or Minny has. His ability to throw for over 5,000 yards a season make him a pretty good option at QB.

Sure a lot of that may be due to having Megatron but Megatron isn't going anywhere so that combo is much better than anything Minnesota or TB is throwing out there. He is also 25 with arguably the strongest arm in the league so plenty of time/skills to work with there and improve on. I would also say his 2011 season is certainly an indication he could be in the upper echleon of QB's. He is easily top 15 right now.

Cap troubles are easy to avoid in the NFL with competent management that isn't driven by ego centric owners (Oakland, Dallas, Washington).

I am not so sure how elite Revis is at this point and a loaded backfield isn't really that much better than the Detroit backfield. Megatron alone makes the Detroit receivers at worst on par with TB and the Detroit D-Line is much better than what TB has.

Detroit obviously has holes in the secondary and needs a #2 WR but I think I would prefer to go to a stable ownership group that has a top 5 player in the league, a good young QB and young talent on both lines.
