Carey deserves the attention that he has been getting. But I think it is also important to keep in mind that he is 23 - a full 3 years older than Gaudreau and the same age as Colborne and Brodie.
It is not unlike a 20 year old tearing up the CHL - it's still impressive, but it can't be ignored that everyone else is younger than them.

Hasn't Carey produced well over 50% of his points on the PP, compared to Gaudreau who has some ungodly amoint of ES points in comparison?
Carey strikes me as a Schremp type guy, but maybe I'm wrong.
