I don't make the deal because the cost of adding him is too much, especially when we have the guys we have.
If we had Stajan, Street, Cammy, Backlund playing for us for example and no depth in the organization perhaps you are willing to give up the big pieces it will take but with the depth we have, even though outside of Monahan (who definitely has a better upside) the players are worse than Kadri, it doesn't make sense to me to give up what it would take.
What doesn't make sense is trading from a place of weakness already, defense, to add to an area where you have a lot more depth.
