I didn't see a hit to the head, I did see a arm to the back shoulder area, I think that instead of a suspension the NHL should rescind the game misconduct and reprimand the offciating crew for a terrible call.
If anything albert's hurt himself in trying to sell it by throwing himself into the boards.
It was a completely terrible call, it wasn't elbowing there wasn't a head shot. If anything it could be argued that its too minutes for charging.
It would be a shame if Ern got suspended later due to having a previous game misconduct.
