I have seen plenty of people being knocked out and it hasn't really looked the same to me when it has happened and different people/situations have different reactions.

When someone gets knocked out, they drop. Simple as that, knees buckle, eyes roll and down you go. Albert's body language IMO does not match that. Was he hurt? Sure, but I think he sold the "knock out" to garner a harsher penalty which he achieved.
