I have seen plenty of people being knocked out and it hasn't really looked the same to me when it has happened and different people/situations have different reactions.

when you get knocked out you don't have a different reaction, you fall to the ground limp. I'm saying if Mcrgrattan gets suspended for more than a high hit because of additional injury it should be a real injury. Probably hurt like hell getting hit in the face at full speed, but it's part of the rules that an injury can cause longer suspensions so it should be based off more than what appeared to be an embellishment. I don't see how that's so hard to grasp.
