Watch the knee drop, the snow angel with his arms after being "knocked out". The way he puts his head in the ice carefully, so he doesn't break his nose as he hits the ice, again while "knocked out". Players who get knocked out don't hesitate and then SLAM to the ice like he did, they just collapse and hit the ice.
He's not faking that there's
any injury, as he obviously left and didn't come back but that "knock out" simply did not happen. Way too obvious.
