And then when you call them on it, they give you a big f***around, deny it, or else the person you talk to either pretends not to know what you're talking about, or else really, actually has no idea what you're talking about.
DE can suck a nut. I don't even care if I'm paying more with Enmax, I'll never switch back to DE. They'd have to sweeten that pot tenfold to even make me consider it. Even more if it means I'm in a contract.
