Ya, that was a penalty by virtue of where Stajan put his stick, but still a major dive by Hall.
My other thought....
The Oilers are a truly terrible team. The Flames have put forth a piss-poor effort with a non-playoff caliber roster, yet the Oilers are far from dominating, and are only ahead due to a nice bounce.
