A friend of mine had a PS4 that crapped out that he overpaid for on kijiji and didn't bother to get a receipt. After fighting with Sony for a few days they eventually agreed to replace it. It took less than a week from when he sent it out to receive the new one and we are out in the sticks here so hopefully you will get yours sooner or around the same amount of time. Best of luck.
