Obviously, the objective was the colours of the Olympic rings.
But I would find it very hard to believe that there wasn't a secondary objective there.
Considering the recent world-wide pressure/news,
at the very least, there is no way this would 'accidentally' pass all the desks required to get approved, without anyone being aware of the secondary 'rainbow' message.
Simply no way.
They knew what they were doing. And good on them for it. They are hilarious, and as PuppetGuy said, FABULOUS!
