Really? I haven't seen any solid numbers yet coming out about that. Perhaps you should do like PIMking with his faulty Xbone - just get a brand new replacement.
Were you calling yesterday or today since your post? It is Christmas time after all - lots of services are pretty strained right now. Steam, PSN, eShop were just some of ones that I noticed myself. Makes sense with all the gifts people got.
