right i have to throw my 2 cents in here, i'm no city driver but i'm getting pissed off at night driving out here in the foothills.
In general drivers seem to have a lot of sense,help each other and drive to the conditions really well but it seems very few people use their dim lights at night out here.
I thought it was a really rude/dumb thing to drive around with high beam halogens on whatever the oncoming traffic....
