You make a good point. And I bet we make space for him to thrive once he is ready to make the jump to pro. At least I hope we do. He should get every chance for success as we don't have a proven NHL starter yet. The future is Ortio and Gillies. Hopefully Ramo and or Berra progress well enough over the next season and a bit so we can trade one or both for sole picks or solid prospects.
