That's what I was going to wish for.
Berra and Baertschi go the Olympics and Switzerland gets at least one win over one of the "powerhouse" nations. Hudler and Smid also go to the Olympics.
Trade all the pending UFAs except for Russell and maybe Berra (let him go if anyone offers anything of value).
Stockpile draft picks, and if the Flames don't get a top 2 pick on their own, Burke works the same magic that he used to draft Pronger and Sedin, to get Ekblad.
Baertschi and Backlund are not traded and end the season with the Flames.
Gaudreau and Gillies are both finalists for the Hobey Baker, with Johnny winning it.
Boston College loses early in the NCAA tournament and Gaudreau and Arnold sign immediately with the Flames. The Gaudreau - Monahan - Baertschi line lights up the Jets in the final home game after Gaudreau accepts the Hobey Baker via satellite before the game.
Providence wins the Frozen Four. Gillies is named tournament MVP, signs with the Flames immediately afterwards, and joins the Heat for the playoffs (as do Sven, Gaudreau, and Arnold). Gillies takes over the starter's job in Abby during the playoffs and leads the Heat to the Calder Cup.
