As someone who bikes year-round, even in -20C, I would like to clarify that I don't do it to save the planet and human race, but rather I do it to save myself from having to smell the stench of farts and BO of 300 people crammed into an LRT car during rush hour.
Also, why isn't it safe to ride in -20C? Just curious as I have been doing it for some time now and have never felt unsafe.
