Burke, as mean as he can be, is a witty and intelligent person. Lowe always comes across us such a pathetic little man in these exchanges. He's like Michael Scott without any of the affable qualities. You almost feel sorry for him for always getting bashed, but then he opens his mouth and you realize why it's more than justified.
