Depends on whether there is a pedestrian island in the SE corner of the intersection or not.
If there is, the south facing guy has right of way.
If there is not, the north facing guy has the right of way.

In addition to this. If they are turning into two lane road, then they both have the right of way into their respective lanes. So many times you'll come to a yield sign where people will wait until the far lane is clear to go into their lane.
