Another excuse by Mayweather in not fighting Pacquiao. He is claiming Manny is so desperately wanted to fight him because of Manny's tax problem in the US and Philippines. Mayweather don't want to have part of it.
Give me a break Mayweather!! What is your excuse next?? Both Manny and Mayweather are getting old and we don't want to see them fight when they are in their 40's.
