I'm sure memory express would do a good job with it, but it is pretty satisfying to do yourself. I had never done it before, but ended up doing it myself a month ago for the first time. I just followed some solid videos online, and even found one using the same case I bought.
It's a little nerve wracking when you are slotting in the CPU and stuff, but was pretty easy overall. If you're not feeling too confident after watching some how-to videos though, memory express is the way to go I'd imagine.
