I see this nearly every single weekday, without fail.

The driver of the rear vehicle cuts across the solid line at around 60km/h (signal optional), forcing left lane traffic to brake or change lanes suddenly, then flooring it so they can cut off (again, signal optional) the vehicle ahead of them, forcing it to brake and also slowing right lane traffic that is attempting to accelerate and merge.

Alternate: the driver of the rear vehicle cuts across the solid white line and two lanes of traffic at 60, accelerating to about 80 by the time they get into the left-most lane. Signal is - you guessed it - optional. The end result is a whole bunch of road rage filled left laners who had to slow down from

at or slightly above the speed limit.
