I grew up in Abbeydale and lived in the South for 2 years when my daughter was born. Trust me the South is almost worst for drivers than the NE. Don't get me wrong I run into some bad drivers in certain NE/SE (forest lawn) neighborhoods but overall the south has to be the worst for bad drivers.
