Half the time, they end up cutting of someone in the left hand lane and going 30 over to make up for it. The other half have no idea there were two lanes to begin with.

You see a car trying to turn on to the road, you have no one to your left, move the hell over. Do you not appreciate courteous drivers? You do? Then be one yourself.

How hard is it to move over? Are you not paying attention? Do you not see the guy waiting for your inconsiderate ass to move over so he can turn?
I turn onto 22x a few mornings a week, and it blows my mind how many inconsideradte a-holes there are, that are too stupid or lazy to move over. I've taken to cutting them off. S a D. Go ahead and flip me off. Maybe you'll learn to move over when you see people trying to enter a roadway, and it is of no consequence to you to be considerate.
And don't just do it for me (because I'll cut you off), do it for fricken school busses. I see it almost every time I drive 22x in the morning, school busses trying to get on the road, and dickbags that are too stupid/lazy/inconsiderate to move over to let the bus on the road, and get up to speed without having to pin it.
Sorry, OOTC, and Legoman, you're both just plain wrong, and you need to think about why you're so inconsiderate.
