I lay on my horn for a good 5 seconds and he (she?) finally gets the point and moves. Some people. If you need to stop and there is no parking, you can't just arbitrarily stop anywhere and just hold up traffic until you've accomplished whatever you need to do.

I hate the lazy dicks who park in the firelanes in front of Superstore, Safeway, etc. Unless you're loading a couch, get your asses out of the way and park like the rest of us.
