A similar thing happened to a friend of mine - he was turning right and a car was coming toward him in the right hand lane of the road he was entering, with its right turn signal on, to indicate it was going to turn onto the road he was coming off of. The other car slows down as if to turn, changes its mind (I guess got the wrong road), and as buddy's turning out, it carries through and slams into the rear end on his driver's side, blinker still flashing away. He was at fault nonetheless.

Staples sells them now and they are fairly cheap. Just present the video to your Insurance Adjuster and when you file your police report. After the accident don't even mention you have it and just get the final satifaction if they lie.
