That really has to be the most effective GM spell.
Was only GM from March 25th to July 15th.
Signed Chara and Savard.
Traded Raycroft for Rask.
Drafted Kessel, Lucic, and Marchand.
Also has a decent but not great drafting record in New York.

The Stepan pick is an absolute home run. If you can find an impact two way player like him outside the 1st - that is huge.
