Yes. J-walk patrol. As in a cop who earns his quota by hanging out at intersections to stop "law-breakers" who cross a road (that they paid for with their own tax dollars) where they want.
Despite my derogatory comments of the cop (which I will hold to), my main problem is not him. It is the law. It is a load of crap, imo.
If a Jwalker causes an accident. Their fault. If a J-walker impedes cars? Run'em over, honk your horn. Whatever.
I just prefer not having bylaws dictating in which direction I should wipe my ass.
