19 year old nephew of Bush, he's hilarious. He's writes a paper defending the port deal and appears on TV to defend it, he spends the whole time making jokes with the classic Bush huff haw about being on TV too early in the morning and then runs himself out of time and gets cut off.
1000x times the personality of all his relatives though.
