Seemed like the guy didn't even know he was Lucic, which means he saw a big guy and thought his toughness was threatened. Fact he was talking and not layed out bleeding indicates Lucic wisely did nothing, could you imagine him raging on a random person... he could put someone in a coma with a few punches.
